Unexpected Outage of Mains Water Supply Wednesday 31st January 2018
On Wednesday 31st January The Holly Private Hospital suffered an unexpected outage of the mains water supply. The source of the outage was external and we are liaising closely with Thames Water to understand the cause.
The mains water supply was disrupted at the hospital for a short period of time from 12.00am until 2.30pm. During this period of disruption our toilets were out of order and we did not have water supply to our taps.
We would like to sincerely apologise to any of our patients who were affected by this disruption and thank you for your understanding and patience.
The water supply is now back up and running at the hospital.
We would also like to thank our staff for doing their best to work under these unusual and challenging circumstances.
