Patient satisfaction

We aim to deliver a high quality service to all our patients at all times so your feedback is very important to us. It helps us monitor how well we are doing and helps us to achieve the highest standards of care.

Completing a patient satisfaction survey
When you visit the hospital you will be able to complete a feedback form. This questionnaire relates to your appointment and experience with us. It is completely anonymous and should only take a few minutes to complete.

You can see the results from our latest patient satisfaction surveys here:

Please let us know what you think about the hospital and any aspect of the service we provide. It could be singing the praises of your nurse, reporting a fault on the website or a suggestion for how we can improve. We value your views and want to hear from you.

Although the staff who look after you will do all they can to make sure that you are treated sensitively and promptly, it is acknowledged that things may occasionally go wrong. If, for any reason, you wish to make a formal complaint about your care or treatment, see further information on what to do.
