The Holly Private Hospital shortlisted for 2018 HRD Distinction Award
The Holly Private Hospital is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for a prestigious
HRD Distinction Awards.
The Holly is a finalist in the Employee Engagement and Experience award category which recognises organisations that demonstrate a fresh take on employee engagement and who have delivered real organisational benefits.
The West Essex private hospital was shortlisted in this category alongside nine well-known international brands including Financial Times, Nissan, The Weetabix Food Company, The Co-op, Charles Stanley, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mitchells & Butlers, Thwaites and xpo.
Speaking about the awards, Hospital Director, David Henderson said:
“We are delighted to be shortlisted for the HR Distinction Awards and particularly in the Employee Engagement because it shows our commitment to being a great pace to work. The judging panel were looking for companies who show:
- a clear link between employee engagement strategy and the wider business strategy
- evidence of innovative and sustainable engagement initiatives that supports the organisational culture
- utilisation of new and innovative measurement metrics that demonstrate an innovative approach to engagement
- evidence of high levels of engagement which have contributed to the overall organisation’s performance.
The HR Distinction Awards 2018 take place on 6 February 2018 in Birmingham and we’re really hoping we’ll beat the other companies to take home the award.”
