The Holly Private Hospital wins big at the International Customer Experience Awards 2018

Winners at International Customer Experience Awards

The Holly Private Hospital was a triple winner at the inaugural International Customer Experience Awards in Amsterdam on 21st November.

Despite fierce competition, The Holly won the awards for Best Customer Centric Culture and Best Business Change or Transformation – Strategy.

In a remarkable finale, the hospital was also crowned Overall Winner (scoring the highest overall marks in both the written entry and presentation).

Meanwhile our parent company, Aspen Healthcare, took home two Gold awards at the 2018 UK Customer Experience Awards as well as the Overall Winner title.

Speaking about the awards, Hospital Director David Henderson said,

About the International Customer Experience Awards

Hundreds attended the event in the Dutch capital, where shortlisted finalists presented before a panel of judges. The finalist included global organisations including Shell, Dubai Health Authority, Dell, T-Mobile, Swisscard, Telefonica, Xpress Money Companies Management, Saudi Telecom and Microsoft. Meanwhile the judges represented some of the most influential Customer Experience specialists in the world.

Among the judges was author and global CX consultant Ian Golding. “Congratulations to all of the finalists who gave fantastic presentations. Special congrats to the category winners who deserve their victories thanks to their clear commitment to customer centricity”.

Fellow judge Jaap Wilms added: “I’m inspired by a great variety of accomplishments from all over the globe. What a celebration of CX peers. A big congratulations to all the winners!”

The event was hosted by Awards International UAE & Netherlands. Managing Director Mark Hamill said: “What a fantastic start to these awards. It’s inspiring to see the standard of Customer Experience initiatives that our finalists and winners are offering. Huge congratulations to all that took part, especially our deserving winners.”
