The leading private hospital is a finalist in two categories of these highly sought after national awards:
Customers(patients)at the heart of everything: This category showcases organisations that through the implementation of employee development and training programs as a part of their customer experience strategy have been able to put their customers at the heart of everything.

The Customer Experience Awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across sectors, business disciplines and personnel.
Neil Skehel, CEO of Awards International said, “The diversity of the companies entering the awards is amazing, they represent a tidal wave of organisations focusing on customer needs. This is great news for customers and great news for the UK economy. The rest of the world looks to the UK for leadership in customer experience and this really showcases the best of the best. I cannot wait for the finals!”
Ian Golding, Chair of the shortlisting panel and a global Customer Experience Consultant said, “Many people recognise these awards as amongst the toughest to win. As a judge every year since the inception of these awards in 2010, I can vouch that the scoring is rigorous; the entries always of a high standard and the judges are always tough. Being a finalist means a great deal and being a winner means they really achieved something great.”
David Henderson, Hospital Director said, “At the Holly Private Hospital we really are dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare and to putting our patients at the heart of everything we do. To be recognised in the Customer Experience Awards is a reflection of how hard our staff work every day to deliver five star healthcare – so congratulations and thank you to all of them.”
Finalists in each of the categories will present their entry to a team of experienced judges at the ExCel in London on the 28th September 2017, after which the final winners will be announced.
About The Customer Experience Awards
The UK Customer Experience Awards is owned and operated by Awards International, the business awards specialists. Founded in 2010 the awards are the largest and most prestigious in the UK. The winners are decided by large panels of independent judges, men and women with deep experience in business and customer experience. 50% of the score is allocated for online submissions and 50% for the live presentations. Many of the finalists elect to make their presentations open so that others can watch and learn. Learning and knowledge from the awards will be shared with finalists in the form of an e-book, following the finals. All finalists receive written feedback and scores from the judging panels following the awards.
