New website for Holly House Hospital
Website technology and design move on almost every day, so we thought it was about time we revamped our website www.hollyhouse-hospital.co.uk.
People visit our website for many different reasons; to see what treatments and specialties we offer, to find a consultant or to check prices. Patients may be looking for practical information on what to bring with them to hospital or their relatives may be wondering about visiting hours. GPs and other healthcare professionals, use the website to keep up-to-date with our latest news and others go online looking for a job. So, in re-designing the website, one of the priorities was to make sure that everyone can find the information and services they need quickly and easily.
The homepage now provides quick and easy access to all the other important areas of the site, such as finding a service or consultant. We have also added some new technology such as the ability to apply for jobs, and look forward to adding more features throughout the year.
A new dedicated area of the website has been introduced specifically for healthcare professionals, from GPs and practice nurses to physiotherapists or chiropodists. The GP Zone ensures healthcare professionals will be able to keep up-to-date about the hospital, our consultants and new services, as well as booking educational events and advice on referring patients.
