New Heel Pain Clinic at Holly House
Many people suffer from long-term heel pain, or ‘plantar fasciitis’, for more than six months before seeking advice and treatment. However, if diagnosed early, this common condition can be treated very quickly through revolutionary, new non-invasive techniques.
That’s why at Holly House we’ve launched a new dedicated multi-disciplinary clinic to provide patients with a full diagnosis and treatment for all foot conditions from a team of experts including a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon, Consultant Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon, chartered Physiotherapist and Consultant Radiologist.
Following diagnosis our consultants can treat patients within the clinic using Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (eSWT). eSWT is a non-invasive treatment which works by applying energetic (not electrical) shockwaves to the painful area.
