Miss Payne has dedicated her training to achieving a high standard in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
She attended QMC (London University) to obtain a first class BSc(Hons) degree in Genetics, then completed her medical degree at St Thomas’s and Guys Hospitals in 1994, followed by a Masters degree at UCL. In 2007 she became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in plastic surgery FRCS(Plast) and is listed on the GMC Specialist Register.

Two fellowships fine-tuned her training – a year at Toronto General/Mount Sinai Hospitals, Canada, specialising in Microsurgery, Breast Reconstruction and Head and Neck Surgery, and another in cosmetic surgery at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital also in London.

She has a particular interest in women’s surgery and can dedicate an all-women team to patients’ surgical needs.
