Paediatric allergy – all aspects including eczema, food allergies, asthma, hay fever (rhinitis). Skin prick testing, specialist allergy blood tests. Assessment for immunotherapy. Referrals to paediatric allergy dietician.
Training and Background
Dr Gandhi is a Consultant Paediatrician with a special interest in allergy. She practises at the Royal Free Hospital and Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital. She has extensive experience in allergy and has worked in numerous allergy departments across London including the Evelina Children’s Unit (St Thomas Hospital) and St Marys’ Hospital, Paddington.
She has completed her MSc is Allergy and continues to be active in allergy research and regularly presents her work at national and international conferences.
Dr Gandhi is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at UCL Medical School and teaches on a variety of under and postgraduate courses. She leads and conducts allergy courses for primary health care professionals, including GPs, on a regular basis.
Dr Gandhi aims to provide a comprehensive paediatric allergy service encompassing all aspects of allergy care and management working in collaboration with family doctors.
