The Holly celebrates outstanding patient satisfaction results

 

In February 2016, The Holly Private Hospital enjoyed some of its best ever patient satisfaction results. 

Over 300 hospital patients who were in for a range of day case procedures and over-night stays during February completed our patient satisfaction survey. 

  • 98% of patients said they were happy with the room cleanliness. 
  • 98% of patients said they would recommend The Holly.
  • 99% of patients said they had confidence in and trust in the consultant treating them. 
  • 98% of patients said they had confidence and trust in the nurses treating them. 
  • 97% of patients said they felt they had received quality care. 


One patient commented:

“I have made some 350 mystery visits (overnight stays) in the UK, Holland and Italy in top class hotels but never in a hospital. This was my first, I have been taken aback by just how professional this hospital was. Outstanding, smart staff and proud of their place to work.”

Speaking about the results, Luis Pedro, Director of Services and Patient Experience and Aspen Healthcare Group Hospitality and Services Lead said

“We are really delighted to have achieved these fantastic results in our patient feedback survey.  

We aim to provide the highest standards of care for every patient and we are always looking for ways to improve our services. In order to help us identify how well we have met our patients’ expectations we welcome feedback and ask for our patients’ assistance by completing one of our patient satisfaction questionnaires, telling us what they think about the care they have received. 

This information helps us monitor the standards of patient care we provide and to identify the areas which require improvement.
