Holly House opens new patient reception area
Holly House has recently opened a brand new patient reception and waiting area.
The comfortable and modern patient facility which can seat up to 35 people is staffed by a team of receptionists and administrative staff who are there to welcome patients and help co-ordinate their visit to the hospital.
The new patient waiting room has been specifically designed to accommodate patients having treatments at the physiotherapy and sports centre, patients undergoing tests and scans at the diagnostics centre and patients arriving for day case procedures, as well as friends and family who may be accompanying them to the hospital. Patients and visitors can avail of the comfortable seating, television and magazines, free WIFI, as well as complementary refreshments.
Speaking about the new development Hospital Director, Phil Bates said:
“We have built this new facility in response to growing patient demand. We are getting busier and busier and needed to provide more seating and reception areas for our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience when they come to Holly House.”
Holly House hospital has committed to a programme of continuous investment to improve facilities and services and to bring patients the best possible healthcare in the most comfortable surroundings.
Recent developments in 2015 have included building a new chemotherapy suite and a day care unit as well as a new patient relations hub. Upcoming projects to enhance facilities at the private hospital include upgrading all our patient bedrooms.
